Chef Devagi will teach you how to make kebabs at home, as well as delicious chutneys or dips to accompany the kebabs. She will also demonstrate the art of smoking meat for that barbeque effect, Indian-style. Kebabs are one of the popular starters served at most Indian restaurants and they make good main courses too.

Spicy, soft patties of minced mutton or lamb combined with aromatic spices, nuts, and seeds. These kebabs are pan-fried instead of grilled in the oven and served with 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒚 𝑯𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒖𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒚 .
Kulcha, a soft textured leavened bread, is a variation of naan topped with onion, chopped coriander leaves and sesame seeds. The kebabs can be served with this bread as well!
