Forever Festive – eCookbook

Welcome to Forever Festivc. This e-cookbook is special because it features my family’s recipes for festivals and  Deepavali. We are Singaporean Indians, and our way of celebrating Deepavali is a little different from those in India. Over the years, we have shared and adapted our cooking with friends from all races and communities in Singapore. This has made our food richer and more special.

The recipes in this book are close to my heart. They are my family’s favorite dishes, slightly changed so that the new generation can remember and enjoy them too. These recipes tell stories of our past, of family gatherings, and of our love for good food. I hope you find joy and warmth in these recipes, just like I do every Deepavali — when the smell of spices and the spirit of togetherness fill our homes.
