Brussel Sprouts are delicious to eat if cooked the right way. Overcooked Brussel sprouts are a put off as they will smell of sulfur lightly. Cooking on high heat is one of the best ways as the sprouts release a beautiful flavor when in contact with the heat. Preferably use a cast iron or heavy bottomed pan or wok.
